DO YOU DO SIZING IN YOUR CLOTHES?

Currently, we only have Free Size clothes. Please do check the measurement before your purchase.


WILL YOUR SOLD OUT COLLECTIONS BE BACK IN STOCK?

If your desired items are marked sold out now, please do check again within 24 hours to see whether we have restocked the items. Also, don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter and stay tuned on our Instagram @getmarv to know when your favorites items are back in stock!


DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Signing up an account will allow us to improve your shopping experience. You’ll only have to fill in your information once and you’ll be able to track your order. However, you can always check out as guests.


DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT?

We only accept BCA Bank Transfer at the moment, but we are constantly improving our services.


CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You cannot cancel your orders after payment. 


CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

You will need to place a new order if you want to purchase other items after you submit an order.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can sign in and view your order history and status in “my account”.


WHAT IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT BUT FORGOT TO CONFIRM BEFORE THE TIME LIMIT?

Simply email us at support@getmarv.com with title “Payment Confirmation - ORDERID” and attach your payment receipt, please make sure we can clearly see the time stamp of your transaction. You also call Customer Service at 0878 8000 8960. 


WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

You have 48 hours to complete your payment after submitting order. Orders that are not paid within 48 hours will automatically be cancelled.
